Won 2 laptops from this Seller on EBay, I sent Money Order, he cashed both never send me any Laptops and will not response to my emails!

I bided and won 2 iBook G3 Laptops from this seller on EBay. I sent 2 Western Union Money Orders to him and Western Union verified he cashed both Money Orders. But he never sends me the 2 Laptops and never response to any of my Emails. Unfortunately, I am no longer having my EBay account soon after I sent the Money Orders to him and EBay will not do anything for me. Beware... This guy is a Scammer, will not answer any phone calls or response to Emails. Only Email you to send/pay him.
