Ripoff item paid for and not received - no response to emails

Won ebay auction on june 02, emailed seller that check was being sent june 04, check was cashed june 10.

Item never received, sent three emails with no response from seller. Seller currently has no items listed on ebay.
Left feedback and seller has feedback listed as private and not able to review.

Beware of above name, location or email address before committing to any auction. This is the first time i have had any problem buying on ebay.

Any other minor problems experienced have been quickly resolved by the sellers on ebay. Its not so much the small amount of money, but the actual rip off
