Antispyware company charged my credit card without my knowledge! Moscow, Russia

Credit card holders beware! I just checked my statement and saw a charge for 77.90 from www.anti-spyware7.com Moscow, Russia. The charge was made on 9/12/08. I did not download any software, nor provide this company with my credit card number. I have NO IDEA how they got my information. I just read a similar report about the same company doing the same thing to someone else on 9/14/08.
