So it seems that I fell for it too. There is no company called "Meyrocorp" selling Antivirus 2009.instead I was charged $80 by a company called Cure-soft Shop out of Moscow, Russia. Scam was well put together and very believable, so beware.
I am in the process of filing a fraudulant charge with my credit card company, but they claim it will be difficult as this was a foreign transaction.
