Timewarner has got the toughest customer support. You wait forever before they answer your phone. Throughout the phone you're moved numerous occasions and informed various info by each CSR you consult with. Among the issues I'd with TWC was merely attempting to plan a move of providers. I'm a teleworker and my business-class point is through TWC. I'm shifting to some new handle so when I named to set up a move notice I had been informed I'd to get hold of a particular individual, Scott Smith, to possess this completed. I named and remaining communications to get a week directly. After I got no solution I called back and questioned if there is another person available who might get my request. I had been just moved back again to this same manis voicemail. I experienced this with many repetitions and was informed he'll contact me back or that the e-mail have been delivered requesting him to make contact with me asap. I've yet to listen to out of this guy. I'm finding really disappointed w/d once I transfer I'll not have the ability to function that will be how I obtain a salary. I don't realize why can it be from the whole TWC customer support there's just one guy I'm permitted to keep in touch with about investing in an easy move of providers demand.
