Ebay rip off!

EBay's site is in a state of chaos!!! I can not make a legitimate transaction without the site going berserk!!!

I bid on an item that I know was listed as PayPal 'Seller Preferred' and the payment option would only allow me to use a'Personal Check' or 'Money orfer!!!
