In Brookfield WI Never Paid For A $5000 Paint Job we bartered and he never paid up Brookfield Wisconsin

Ciro and i enter d in to a barter, i would paint the new office and he would build my company a new web site. This was in May and after loosing all his employees because he could not pay them he went in to hiding. January 15 i ran in to him and then he told me that he was going to make it all better and not to worry.

The next 5 month it went no where. It's been over a year now and every time i pass by his house/office he has something new done...
