Rip-off by TCA Fulfillment Services for a $15 rebate on an Argus Camera They sent me a check that could not be negotiated

My 9 year-old son bought an Argus camera (at Office Depot in Brookfield, Wisconsin in December), which he could afford because of the $15.00 rebate.

We filled out the forms, provided documentaion, and received a rebate check which cannot be negotiated. Key routing information has been omitted, and no bank will accept it.

We sent a p/c of the bad check, an explanation, and a request for a new check to be issued. Our request was sent in June. The company has never responded.
