Ripoff business from hell

Alyon sent me a bill last month for a service I did not understand. After research through this site I found out what a rip off place this is. I tried by phone to talk to them, but only got a recording. I emailed and got no response. Their web address could not be found.
Today I got another bill for past due and another use on New years day. I have never used this service and can't seem to talk to a person to solve it.
