Rude, Fraudulent and Ignorant

I thought Cox was bad and that is why I changed service. Where are the government regulators to reel in these fraudsters? Congress get off your you know whats and do something for the American people. Lazy jerks!!!
My bill is higher than when I had cable included. I only have phone service and internet because I never let them install the satellite. The customer service rep I talked to on the phone never told me about installing anything myself. Just one day a box arrived with some equipment.

I never even opened it expecting a service person to arrive. The service person who came to my house when the phone didnt work was rude and ignorant accusing me of trying to be sly and get him to install it for free. He was extremely rude. I should have thrown him out and Embarq at that time. I will never allow someone like him again to be in my house. I will throw them out next time and complain and sue if necessary. I advise all of you to do the same.

Now the bill has arrived I have all kinds of stuff on my bill that I never ordered.

The man who came to install my satellite dish was an illegal alien who couldn't speak english. I finally got smart and told him to go away. When I called the company the person told me I was wrong. I wasn't, he was an illegal alien subcontracted by Embarq to install the dish.

That is the why life is these days in Las Vegas you get jacked every way you turn and our pols are so busy being corrupted they could care less.

I am now going to schedule a meeting with an Embarq manager and if I do not get satisfaction will seek legal recourse. I am also contacting Clark County Commissioners to ask them to introduce legislation about this problem.
