Fraudulent charge and useless employees

I found a charge from aprosupport.com on my bank account on a day that I didn't use that card at all that day. I called my bank to get the company's phone number and to request a new debit card because, clearly, someone had gotten my information. I then called aprosupport.com. They told me that there was no way to look up my account by name, that they could only find it by having the last 8 digits on my card. After giving them the numbers (which was OK, since I had already canceled it), they told me that they still could not give me any information without filing a police report regarding the fraudulent charges.

Talking with these people was like banging my head against a brick wall... Logic does not apply in their world. I could only get info by giving my card #, but once I did that, they still couldn't give me any info... Go figure.

I asked for the email address of their fraud department and was put on hold 3 times before actually getting it. When I inquired about their parent company and physical address, they became very rude and ended the conversation. I guess I will have to file a police report, but unfortunately for them, they are the only company/people I have to complain about... I guess they should have been more forthcoming.
