Lied about selling a refurbished game console for 34.99

I was looking on the internet for a cheap game system for my cousins, i found one at www.refurbishedxbox360's.com for 34.99, i used my visa card to purchase it, in the back of my mind thinkin git could be a scam, thats like giving something away for free 34.99 for an xbox yeah right... Never got it, they send me a recipt via email and i never got the system, how are they gettin away with this!!! Someone HELP!
