MP3Suite.com does not honor 100% guarantee, customer service nonexistent

MP3Suite.com does not honor its 100% satisfaction guarantee; and its customer service and tech support are nonexistent.

Purchased 2 years unlimited music download in April. Despite numerous attempts using canned instructions, music would not download. Requested tech support—no response. Requested refund—no response.

A Washington Post blog of March noted complaints, citing scamming, unlicensed songs, and spyware.in its reponse to the blog accusations, MP3Suite.com spokesperson cited its "100% percent satisfaction guarantee—no questions asked."

My request for refund was well within the timeframe required, but has been ignored.

I'm a senior citizen warning others to avoid this site. I'm not savvy enough to say that the new popups occuring after my purchase came emanated from this site, but others have noted the same thing.

So, if you are tempted with MP3Suite.com's promises, beware—you might be sorry.
