08/08 they send me a paper on 11/01 that i will get my refund after 45 days of this letter, at that time begging to refund so i could use to my husband on his medical exps, 7/28 my husband passed away, until now no refund is been issued,

How long do i have to wait, i fax a letter to you (bluehippo, capital llc, its been successful and write a letter, no refund is issued, i just spoke to mr welligton (id 1500) he said he will make a note on give it to higher management so i could get a refund, when they get my money in my bank account they like a vacuum, now that they promised the refund do i have to wait for a yr,
