Rip-off

Lenox Capital contacted my husband offering a credit card regardless of his credit with a low fee deposit. Obviosly he supplied them with necessary information, then September 1, there's $221.95 missing from our account after calling the bank to inquire, I was informed of the phone number.

Upon calling and holding for times exceeding 20 minutes and more, I was adviced that there is a 90 day wait for a refund and that my husband had to call and request it. After having him call back to do so we recieved a letter in the mailing needing his signature and stating again the 90 day wait for a refund. Now 150days later they tell me that the check was mailed on the 22 of February and 3-5 days to ercieve.

The 3-5 days has been excceded and it has just dawned on me that they have no intention of sending the refund. We called again today and was told to wait until the end of the month and they will void the check and resend another&yah right! Please beware!!! Now I'm thinking we are just out of luck, the time frame has been exceeded and since we're in the military (stationed in Az) our bank is in Georgia we don't know what else to do.
