Your Saving Club
They fraudulently debited money from my acc. For 11 months. Now I can't get my money back Your Savings Club Des Plaines

My husband signed up for 123 privacy matters in oct. He was told that if he called to cancel the order within 30 days we would only be charged $1.95 or something. So we did not like the product they offered so we cancelled on oct. 30th of 2007. I kept noticing charges on our bank account.

The Charges was from a your savings club. I just thought it was a hold for a debit purchase. It was only a dollar a month. So when I called the phone number you can't get a real person. I went to their website and e-mailed them my problem. Come to find out when we signed up for 123 privacy matters they also signed us up for your saving club. Which seems to be how they say you authorized the transaction by giving your information, while you are thinking it is for the 123 privacy matters.

So when we cancelled the 123 privacy matters we thought that ws the end of it. But I started looking at our statements closer and found that your savings club had been debiting our account for 11 months from 9-07 / 8-08. WE NEVER AUTHORIZED this charge. My bank account is always low on funds. Thank goodness they did not make me overdraft. I bet there are alot of people in just that situation. Something needs to be done to this company!!!

I am going to be contacting WSPA Channel 7 in Spartanburg to see if they can help...
