Unable to consistantly complete calls from my magicjack

I am not able to consistantly complete phone calls from my magicjack. Whether they are local or long distance, the unit disconnects my calls and rolls over to the dial tone that I either dial again or use redial on my phone. It quite often disables my service because it won't allow my calls to be connected.

The first thirty days, the trial period, I didn't have these difficulties. For my local calls I still have my local service. There have been times when I have gotten through to the other person for a few seconds and then it goes over to the dialtone or goes blank. It is not providing the services that they advertise, consistantly.

I want their service to perform 100 o/o all the time, not just whenever I'm lucky. Part of the problem may be the popularity of this opportunity... It needs to be consistantly serviced/upgraded to accommodate the additional users before it turns into a class action legal problem. The owner needs to quit counting his million$ and pay to keep up with the demands of the new clients.

There needs to be a real live, live customer service. The text live chat is not efficient or personal... That is if you can get to it after jumping through their hoops. The one time I did get through wasn't successful. The next day it was okay. The problem is that I need my phone when I need it, not when magicjack decides to be there for me. Clean it up sir, you and your daughter are cute in your infomercial at your web site... Just clean up your service, please. Thank you.

I have a friend who is disabled, on a limited income, needs this service for local and long distance and is having similar problems with her magicjack... Clean it up now please... If you clean up your end we will be able to narrow it down in case it might be my ISP Time Warner causing the problem. It's worth considering since it, your service, is in direct competition with their services. Another consideration, start your own magicjack ISP to solve the competition possibilities. Make it reasonable, $5.00 per month is in most peoples budget or you could provide it free with magicjack. No charge!
