Ripped off, six flags tickets

Filled out offers to receive free Six Flags tickets in June. Emailed them in October and they said that they ran out and they would issue me a Visa gift card in the amount of $230 for me to purchase my own tickets. Emailed today and was told I wasn't on a gift card list and tickets were shipped yet but not when. Responses seem to be standard and they are not answering my questions.
