X SOFTWARE rips me off and stole my money

I ordered a keygen and software from X-SOFTWARE COMPANY which I found on one forum.
Website; http://www.dx-software.com / (BUT BE AWARE - THEY FREQUENTLY CHANGES DOMAIN!!!).

After contacting them they explained that it would take 2-3 days to complete my order. They contacted me again several days later and stated that is was ready to be sent and that payment was due, when I quizzed them to guaranty that they will really send purchased software they stated that they have a huge client based business and wouldn't be where they are today if they ripped people off and if that was the case then there website would not be still running as it would be deregistered and removed by legal means if they were a fraudulant company.

If you insist on some guaranty they often say: "you can not to order software products from us if you don't believe us".

And if you mention them that you"we heard about frouding some people by them, they say: "this are our competitors. We have a little war in the web.."

So i made payment of $80.00 USD, once they received payment I started to get the run around by them, stating they were having tech difficulties and will be rectified soon, this has gone on for 1 months now, and now they just dont reply to my emails at all.

I don"t have any profit from telling you this, and I am not their competitor (just a regular guy who was burned by this scums). I just dont want other peoples get ripoff by this amateur team. Its on you now, only You can stop them to dupe peoples via net, and rob Your and their money.
