Ripoff / Scam Artist / Phony Names / Promise to Refund but Don't UT

Our Report is similar in very many ways to Catherine's. My wife, looking for a new source of revenue since we have 3 in college saw this ad on on infomercial and decided to call and got the super sales pitch. I did not find out about how she had charged $1570 on two of our credit cards, one of which was maxed out so we got hit with fees and a higher interest rate on the whole balance. She mentioned the same characters, a Ms Susan Glauser and a Dennis Wright who after she had called to cancel on Aug 2, Aug 3, and Aug 4th she got the run around each time a different story. Mr Wright agreed to refund all but some 15% surcharge which is I am sure illegal to retain. Of course tonight when I called I was told Mr. Wright got a better offer - probably a jail sentence I hope. I assume that by protesting these issutes with the Credit Card companies I will be able to get our money back but I am still not sure. Putting in their phone number on the net or the name Susan Glauser gets you some interesting websites.
