Fake GHD, s and also previously USED A

Recentlty saw this site and the ghd's they advertised, looked like the real deal so we bought a pair for our daughter. After a delay in receiving them, our daughter turned them on to use and within two hours they ceased to work. I contacted them, they replied and we sent them back for a replacement, at our cost, and waited a further 10 days for a replacement to be sent to her.

The replacment was delivered in a damaged box, the (so we found out) FAKE ghd's had been used so there was product on the plates along with hair stuck under them, the book was used and the cd looked like it was run along the concrete. Have emailed them for a refund but unfortunately we havnt heard back. I want to take this further so if anyone knows how to track down these rip off artists please let me know. Have just checked for their web site but funny, its been suspended.
