30 days can not fix the intermittent service

I've named 12 occasions, 20- 30-minute telephone calls, they could not solve the sporadic assistance issue, half the full time their point preservation division without hearing the problem are moving me to degree 1 assistance, who've no idea what they're speaking nevertheless I'm kept hostage to ATT DSL, I'm still experiencing this problem without any quality.
