Internet Service VPN connection drops regularly Northborough

Recently, Charter Communications has begun dropping the connection I make to my company's VPN. I've sent several e-mails: all the replies offer no help. I cannot get to a technician who has any clue as to the problem, or even seems to understand what it is I need.

I travel for business, and have yet to run across an Internet Service Provider that drops that connection: I just came back from a week-long business trip, and the ISP (t-mobile) kept the connection up all the time I was logged on from the hotel.

If you have an alternative ISP, don't sign up with this company.
