BRUCE KADISH PRESIDENT CEO TURNKEYS INC Sold a website, but never delivered it, after he received the payment

I bought a website from this person on websitebroker.com the website was:
http://www.hotgiftsunlimited.com/Qstore. Cgi I paid for it through paypal $299.00 on June 20th Bruce Kadish said that I would receive a "Welcome Package" from the hosting company of this website. I contactacted Bruce Kadish every week until July 8th Here was the e-mail he sent me: (HI, I DONT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THE WEBSITE WAS TRANFERED AND I NO LONGER HAVE THAT WEBSITE, SO I WO'NT REFUND ANYMONEY UNTILL I FIND OUT WHAT HAPPEN. Because now i lost a website. And they sites our sold as is i never give refunds, i will give you one if i find out what happen to the other one. THIS WEBSITE COST ME 1500.00 TO BEGIN WITH, I WAS JUST GIVING IT A WAY.) Now, he would never give me the website hosting companies name, or any way to contact them. He stated, he lost a website, which was "BULL" all he had to do was contact the website hosting company, and find out that I never transferred the website to my name (how could I, he never gave me the hosting companie contact information). He gave paypal a bogus "tracking number". The reason it was bogus, is what company was the tracking number from? Also, he could have easily told the hosting company, that I never received a welcome package, or any other information, and to put the website back into his name. So, this is a warning to EVERYONE, beware when dealing with this guy. He will "RIP YOU OFF" and then send you a bunch of meaningless e-mails.
