Offered me the world in a web page, now they are gone and I have nothing but the $7000.00 I charged on my the credit card company for the charge Phoenix, Arizona

Uilt me a Web Page with business that would generate a lot of hits. I would get paid for each hit. Offerred to send business to web page for a fee. The high the fee the harder they would work to get business for me. Sooo i went for the whole bit $7,000.00 worth. When I tried to get out of it they said I had to wait until July 1st. I called on July 1st and all the phone number 1 had been disconnected, mail box full or there was just no answer.
