FDC Servers sends out e-mails about upgrades available. They do not send out any information on who can receive these upgrades. Upon attempting to purchase the upgrade, I was told I do not qualify. I state that the e-mails stated no information on the people this upgrade offer applies too. With no luck through them I file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, the next business day I get an e-mail saying that my account is being closed. Upon requesting information they state that the reason for my account being closed is because I filed a complaint.
