Double Billing for Game Subscription Service

I was charged twice for my subscription to Shockwave Unlimited. I used one card when I opened a trial membership (which I cancelled) and a different card when I actually ordered and started playing games. Only one card was to be charged, but I have found two separate charges - one from MasterCard and one from Visa. I need my Visa debit card to be refunded. Since I cancelled the trial membership within my 10 day grace period, I should not have been charged for it!
