Sent me the wrong cartridge. When I called they told me I had had for more than 30 days. I always have extra catridges and I open them when I need one. I asked to speak with a supervisior but he said NO.internet

They'd not I would like to return and completely new incorrect capsule since I'd had it for over 30 times
