"grant Pro" offered free trial and then is unavailable to contact for cancellation

I originally accessed the secureeasypay.com website via a link through a site called Vindale Research. They pay subscibers to use products and then take surveys on them online. I followed the link, and signed up for the free trial for Grant Pro software that is supposed to help you find government grant funding for school and home, etc.

I provided my credit card info, as per the requirement, and submitted the one time fee of 1.97 for shipping of the product. However, when I came close to the end of the 14 day trial period, I found that the website I'd documented produced only a blank page, and the phone number they'd provided in their terms and conditions for cancellation produced only a "busy signal" and did not function.

I have sent a communication to Vindale requesting information on the company and how to contact them to cancel service, and I may now have to dispute charges with my credit card company because I cannot cancel and am in danger of being billed for continued service!
