Ivvasion of my computer with NO way to stop or block it. Nerveracking

I am very sick of trying to remove this program from my computer. I have tryed all that I know with no luck. It just keeps popping up and almost to the point of being threaten. I have had to call my cable provider to come out to remove this file at $55.00 service call. This makes me very upset for this is the second time that this site has invaded my computer. I want it stopped, disarmed, removed from all of cyberspace ASAP.
