Do not work for his company!

I worked for this company very briefly because I was referred by a friend who is employed there. They ripped me off $100 on my pay check and made some lame excuse about anyone who works for them for less than 90 days only gets minimum wage on their check. It doesn't make sense! So if you work there for 80 days you get paid $10 an hour the whole time till your last pay check?
Not only that but the owner Kelly is a total jerk who calls meetings only to tell the employees that if they aren't making sales they aren't helping him with his and I quote "Diamond habit, Alligator habit and expensive restaurant habit"!!
They didn't train any of the new employees to learn how to tell the customers anything about the product because it is a total scam! They only have their managers close sales because they know how to sell the scam to the customers. There is no product, there is no software. Their script is horrible and uneducated sounding (thats a definite clue that they have no idea about software or running a home based business), the workplace is dirty and disgusting. Not only do you have to put up with Kelly's loud gangster rap music blasting through the office throughout the day (totally unprofessional) but also his arrogant self righteous rudeness, and the fact that you're helping rip off innocent people and taking a chance of yourself getting ripped off at the same time.
