Software Doesn't Work And They KNOW IT and Sell it anyway!

I have used the demo version of this friend adder and it worked. It's for organizing and adding/searching friends on MySpace.

I decided to buy the software so I payed them and got the license. I tried to use the software but it didn't work at all! I emailed tech support and they told me that because of some change the MySpace made in the way they operate, their software no longer works.

They said they will be fixing it in an update. So, I'm left with paying for software that doesn't work at all and the company knew it but didn't say anything till after I bought it.

Now, for some strange reason, they no longer answer my emails. And just recently the emails are getting returned as undeliverable.
