Justin Deiter Will not refund my money I paid for software that DOES NOT WORK Web Internet

Open Adder is a myspace adder. I bought, and paid for software to add friends on myspace for my nephews band. The software DID NOT WORK, and when I asked for a refund they have refused to send it back. They keep telling me that they have sent it to the billing department, and that the refund has been issued. This has been going on for MONTHS. They say that paypal takes a while sometimes to process which is a crock. I use paypal all the time and it NEVER has taken months!

Justin Deiter has even gone as far as to say that he is blocking my emails now. BEWARE OF OPEN ADDER MY SPACE ADDER!
Do not buy this product!!!
