Susan Peterson Never received item & seller kept delaying me till it was too late to get my money back

I am an avid video game collector, & after seeing some of the prices from videogameswholesale I thought I would purchase a couple of games with a view to coming back later. I thought with over 100,000 feedback I couldn't go wrong! Well it seems I could go wrong... VERY wrong...

My order was only for just over $20, but that's not the point. After about a month of waiting I told them the item hadn't arrived. I was told to wait another week... Nothing. Then they stopped replying to emails. I emailed directly through Ebay, & after 3 attempts they said they would resend the items. I gave it a couple more weeks & nothing. I emailed again & after 3-4 more emails they said to wait another week. After 10 weeks I had decided enough was enough & asked for my money back. They told me their records show they had shipped the item & to wait till Saturday. That was 2 weeks ago.

I have 6 more days to provide feedback on Ebay but guess what? I CAN'T. For some reason I am unable to as it says the item has been removed or I have already left it (which I haven't), & they've delayed me so much I can no longer claim my money back through Paypal.

Constant delaying tactics & non service seem to be how this company operates. I've sent 3 emails in the past 2 weeks with no reply. It seems I'm out of pocket & I'll have to accept that. Having a look at the feedback, there is a LOT of negative... Even if there is a lot of positive.

All I can suggest is to avoid them!!! Sure they may have a high feedback rating, but check out the negative feedback. Pretty high isn't it? Most of them with the same complaint: No item, no contact.
