Xbox 360 Hard Drive Failed, Repair Box Never Mailed Three Times

My Hard drive crashed on my 360 after 2 years of good play, I have tried 3 times to have a box mailed to me for repair 3 times the stupid over seas customer service reps can not understand and evidently cannot write English because they can not get my address correct. Now my warranty is up and I have to pay 100 dollars, screw xbox I think I will either get a new or get a ps3 (ps3's last longer and built better)
