Xbox: use american customer service and built your consoles better

My Hard drive crashed on my 360 after 2 years of good play, I have tried 3 times to have a box mailed to me for repair 3 times the stupid over seas customer service reps can not understand and evidently canot write english because they can not get my address correct. NOW my warranty is up and I have to Pay 100 dollars, screw xbox i think i will either get a new or get a ps3 (ps3's last longer and and built better)
