Writing to let you know I to was ripped off by Monsterbounce. Bought a water slide from them last year called the cyclone, cost almost 900 dollars. Had to keep calling after my creditcard was charged. Finally got it 3 months later. When we inflated it, the slide part was defective. I called them, they told me to take pictures of problem and send email. I did that right away, did not hear from them. Called everyday for almost 8 months only to get recording that they were having phone trouble. Started calling again this month because kids want to use the slide. Now the phone number has been disconected, with no fowarding number. My husbans is furious with me that I ordered from this company, but how was I to know. But if I can help one person not order from this company I will be happy. Because of this tramatic experience I will no longer order any thing over the web. Sad.
