Unauthorized charges to my credit card for 5 months

Used to do not understand that CIC Triple Benefit was producing unauthorized costs to my charge card till I had been examining the Sept/Oct bill and discovered a cost of $12.95. I returned to previous regular credit card debt and discovered they've been generating breaks on my card for five weeks. I'm calling my charge card organization and requesting them to check on into this.
