Emusic failed to cancel account 12 months charges hidden in bank account

I enrolled with emusic in January and cancelled within the 30 free window. They have continued to with draw the $11.99 out of my account. When I called emusic this December and told them that they had taken 12 months worth of money from me they said that they would refund to me two months worth of service, which they did. I did not download or use the service during this time and this was confirmed by two employees of emusic. They told me that they have no record of a request to cancel in Janurary. I have a ticket number (1078247) that they assigned my complaint. They are still holding the company line and will not refund. This is a warning to anyone looking at using their service and what you will be in for if you do. If anything changes I will let you know.
