Trouble Free Hosting, Interserver, Virtual Development Inc. Trouble free? I think not! Rip-off Fort Lee

Well, this is another debit card debacle. Seems that once you give your number to someone you are their mercy. I once had a website hosted by Trouble-Free Hosting. I had trouble with their billing dept not updating informatio I provided so I canaceled their service.

All would be fine except now over six months later they have billed my debit card for $104.47! Not only was this unexpected, it also caused my account to be overdrawn and made my current webhost payment bounce too.

Not having the funds to pay the overdraft charges I have been incurring late fees to the tune of $5 a day. When I contacted them they said the billing was due to a computer error. (yea right) They did credit my account for $104.47 but left me in the hole with all the fees.

I contacted them again and John Quaglieri a system admin, who said if I faxed a statement to their billing dept. From my bank showing the fees incurred (as a result of their incompetence) that they would take care of it. The billing people obviously can't read and have only acknowledged that the $104.47 was credited to my account. Now all I get is a canned response, and I'm out over a hundred bucks.
