Wont return money after fraudulant transaction

I ordered a HDTV from their website, after a couple of weeks the money never left my account. When I emailed them about it I got a letter stating that there was a mistake on their website and that pcrush didnt have the TV anymore and that my account wouldnt be charged. A couple days later after I bought a TV elsewhere a $1547 charged appeared on my credit card from pcrush.com. I called them to tell them that the order was cancelled and why was my credit card charged, pcrush told me that it was an internal error and that pcrush didnt catch it until the TV shipped already. The company knew they made a mistake and refuse to refund me my money till they got the TV back. I told pcrush I wasnt signing for it when it arrives and I will tell them to return it to the sender. After the TV was sent back a couple weeks passed and still no word from them. I called and pcrush told me that got the TV a week prior with shipping damages, I told them I didnt care because I didnt sign for it and the transaction was unauthorized to begin with. Then they told me I would get my credit back shortly, a week passed still no refund. I called again and they claim that the refund already went through and that it should show up on my credit card shortly, a week passed still nothing. Fortunately at the same time this incident started I was in the process of getting a chargeback for the order, MasterCard claimed that the merchant has 30 days from the day they get the product back to give me a refund, after the 30 days the chargeback went through and I got my money back. I couldnt believe how dishonest this company was, I have been buying products online for almost a decade and I have never had an issue like the one I had with pcrush.com. I strongly recommend everyone not to shop at this place, since it is common for them to ship damage products and make unauthorized transactions.
