Pc Rush - Atman
PCRUSH - pc Rush - Atman Product Switch, warning rip off product in box is not what ordered box was right product was wrong

I ordered a Stereo receiver from Pc rush when it came the box was for the model 687 that we ordered along with the manual and the remote the receiver was a 487
a older model that we could not even find online (except used on Ebay) When I called them they acted like I was the thief and was switching it on them and refused to ship me out the right unit.
After many Phone calls and messages not returned They said they would put a call tag out and if the right product was received back in the original packaging they would refund me the full price. And wave the 15% restocking fee and shipping charges But since I received the wrong product how was I going return the right product.
I decided to eat my losses and keep the wrong unit because I research the company in detail and realized it was very unlikely to get any money back at least I'm only out the $80.00 dollars or so that the lesser model should cost.instead of returning it and being out the full 190.00. They had told me that they had a lot of problems with this and were taking it off their website, but it is still there.
I wish I would of researched this company before I bought and not after but maybe be I can save some one else from pcrush.com. Product switch rip off.
