Race-depot.com liar cheat black eye for nascar internet

ON Sept 10 I ordered 3 cars from this person and he charged mycard and I still have no cars I have sent numerous emails and I have gotten replys butonly saying that they were back ordered etc... The company then offered me other cars since the ones I ordered were not coming in so I agreed. I then got an email saying that my order was now awaiting shipment because 2 of the cars he suggeseted I change to were not in yet and tha it should be a week or so. Well that week has come and gone and when I wennt to the site to check on them the site has now been suspened or is now for sale. I will be stopping payment and hopefully I can get my money back. I will also be contacting the BBB and reporting this as well. IF anyone has any info on another way to contact this man please let me know. I think Nascar should be ashamed of this and maybe they need to check out those they allow to sale their licenesed products and sponser events for them. Again I will exhaust every effort to make sure this man is held accoutable for his actions!
