We ordered a new hardrive Nov 13. As of Dec 2, no harddrive. Their voice mailbox if full... We have left 6 previous messages, no response. No response to emails... UPS says nothing there for me and no record of anything being sent. Credit card company states charges ran thru. They got their money!

I am a Private Investigator, and I will make sure this company owner is identified and prosecuted!
