Ripoff took money never sent cd burne

I ordered a cd burner from Forest Lake Solutions. They never delivered it to me. I e-mailed them and they said it would be in the mail in 4 to 7 days. I ordered september 8 th and it is december 14 with no delivery.
They refuse my e-mail and i have not herd back from the Better Busness Bureau either.
I think someone that knows how to go about it should put forest lake solutions in there place.
