I order something on April 23rd, and of course 2 weeks later, product not received. I emailed of course and this is the response I get: We have had some personnel problems and we are a little backed up. We want to assure you that your order will be shipped no later then Tuesday. As soon as we ship it out you will receive a confirmation number. Please bear with us. Sorry for the inconvenience Sam Griswold. I called the number and of course no one answers the phone, multiple emails sent, no response.
