I purchase plenty to publications and dvds. I believed an Amazon Prime account might reward me. Amazon Prime guarantees 2-day support, but which may be for that first several purchases. Following a several purchases, it had been all downhill. I needed 2-day shipping. Alternatively, it's been a significant frustration. Following a few promptly deliveries, Amazon chose to push-me towards the back of the delivery point by have DHL provide my deals towards the U.S. Postal service. I reported, however they appeared unconcerned regarding the wait. Today, I've dvds which are dropped someplace and in the place of a fast alternative, I'm being lied to and provided the brush off.
