Verizon cheats people out of promotional gifts after you sign up!

Verizon has been offering these promotional bundles for the past year or so I signed up with them to receive the following services: phone, internet & cell phone. With this promotional bundle they promised me a camcorder would arrive in the mail in a few weeks. I received several electronic, phone calls stating I would receive my camcorder in the mail shortly but it never arrived! I was quoted a price via telephone and the Verizon representative and I set this bundle up in February. When I received my bill it was TOTALLY over was the initial representative quoted me! The new representative then readjusted my bill and sent out a gift card because of the inflated bill and assured me I would not have any problems with my bill.

In the mean time, I still continued to get these electronic calls from Verizon stating my camcorder would be arriving shortly. I continued to call regarding this issue and they assured me they would "investigate" this matter and a representative would call me back they never called back regarding the camcorder. IT'S BEEN FIVE MONTHS!!!

When I called again this week (June), they told me the gift card was a "promotion" and after 5 months, they are just telling me they would not honor their agreement to send the camcorder!!!

Verizon's promotional, bundle packages are a f*&king RIP OFF!!! They want you to sign up for all their promotions but do not follow through with sending out the promotional items.in essence VERIZON CHEATED ME OUT OF MY PROMOTIONAL GIFT!!! Their representative lie for the company and give you a hard time when you make inquiries!!!

Don't be suckered into their gamechose another phone company!!!
