The company used a logo like my microsoft company and said that my computer was being attacked and could be damaged. It acted like a program that I had on my computer. Unlike other things bought on the internet it did't give you a chance to read, the information after you filled out to buy, no confirmation, of what you where getting or to refuse the product once you seen the complete cost as well as charging for two other items you did't agree on!!!
