They won't give me a refund! Oldsmar, Florida

They took my money, told me the items ordered were on back order, after a month on back order, I requested they cancel my order and give me a refund. They keep telling me to give them a few more days and the refund will appear. It appears as though this company has done this before. Thanks to complaint, I now know that this refund is never coming and I need to take further action.
