APRIL GETZ is a DISHONEST ebay user. She seems to approach customer's questions in a very hostile tone. Before I post some of her emails, please note that my payment was for only $6.05 and she got this angry. Just imagine how abusive she will get with you if you actually buy something of real value!

You can see I am honest. I have 100% positive feedback on ebay and the postal receipt serial number is 12328526160. Check with the postal system and you can confirm this is true. APRIL GETZ has received my payment and is refusing to ship my order. Since I paid with a postal money order, she is currently guilty of commiting MAIL FRAUD. I have also filed a report at

Is refusing to acknowledge receipt of my $6.05. To top it all off, she filed non paying bidder strikes againts me! What nerve!

I know her annual income is only $30,970 and with only just over $17,000 in equity in their home, I'm sure they really needed to pocket my $6.05!

Even though it is a small amount, I will not let this go. Other ebay members need to be aware of their UNETHICAL business practices.

You get this "money order" and send me a copy of it including my signature for the endorsement—this I would love to see. You seem to not want to make an issue of this so far, and I would agree. You go on and file your "consumer complaints" and I will pursue legal action for online extortion (your threat of your friends public retaliation [feedback] if I don't address your complaint) through Maryland. A new item we sellers have been forced to use by dead beat "buyers/extortionists" like you is also to involve the FBI Online Crimes Division—who will always deal with extortion, you can check them out here: http://www.ic3. Gov/complaint / The money order # used seems to come from the United States Postal Service; Interesting... Could I also get them involved in this? Fraud, maybe? This will only get worse for you as you did not abide by the terms of the sale in the first place. You were thrown off eBay (yeah, eBay)—don't escalate this further into criminal action. Learn from your mistakes and move on. Don't think for one moment, though, I won't pursue the abovementioned recourse—I detest, and will do anything I can to stop, scammers like you.

O.K. So I will respond to at least one more email... Did you even read my email? I haven't admitted to anything except for feeling disgust for dead-beat "buyers" like you. Are you brand new to eBay? I DON'T GIVE STRIKES, EBAY DOES. And they only do this after a very long process of hand holding buyers hands, giving them every chance in the world to make good on their initial promise: to pay the seller. Bring it on sweety, bring it on. You may not want to admit where the fault lies, but it is very provable. Have a nice day.

So you do know how to respond to the seller? I thought maybe you didn't know how to do this since you seemed unable during the week after you won and didn't say anything about payment, and then you didn't respond during the ADDITIONAL week ebay gives you during the Unpaid Item Dispute process... Yeah, I'll make "fixing this immediately" one of my Top Priorities for the day. I will not respond to anymore emails from you.
